Consistency, care and calm support where it matters most.nnChildren & Young People’s Support WorkernnLocation: Southall, Ealing, LondonnPay: £13.50 – £15.00 per hour (DOE)nShifts: Days & Nights AvailablenStart: ASAPnnA fantastic opportunity is available for experienced Support Workers to work with children and young people in a residential children’s home and supported accommodation setting in Southall, Ealing.nnThis role is ideal for reliable, compassionate professionals who have previous experience supporting vulnerable young people and understand the importance of structure, boundaries and positive role modelling.nnDuties Includenn * nn Supporting children and young people with daily routines and activitiesnn * nn Promoting independence, confidence and life skillsnn * nn Building positive, professional relationshipsnn * nn Supporting education, appointments and wellbeingnn * nn Maintaining accurate records and reportsnn * nn Following care plans and safeguarding proceduresnn * nn Working as part of a team to provide a safe and nurturing environmentnnEssential Requirementsnn * nn Experience working in a children’s home or supported accommodationnn * nn Valid DBS certificatenn * nn Up-to-date Safeguarding Trainingnn * nn Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protectionnn * nn Ability to manage challenging behaviour calmly and professionallynn * nn Flexible to work day shifts or night shiftsnnWhat’s On Offernn * nn £13.50 – £15.00 per hour depending on experiencenn * nn Immediate startnn * nn Flexible shifts availablenn * nn Ongoing, consistent worknn * nn Rewarding role supporting children and young peoplennThis is an excellent opportunity for experienced support workers ready to step into work immediately and make a real difference
