Manufacturing Management Trainee (Full-Time, On-Site Omagh, Northern Ireland)
About the Role
Naturelle Consumer Products Ltd is expanding, and we’re looking for a detail-driven Management Trainee to support our production and continuous improvement activities. This is a key role in a growing medical & pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, ideal for someone who wants to build a career in operations management.
Our production volumes are increasing, our automation roadmap is accelerating, and we’re strengthening our compliance and supply chain processes. You’ll be joining at a moment of real momentum, where your work will directly shape efficiency and customer delivery.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate daily operational workflows across production.
Monitor KPIs and prepare operational performance reports.
Support continuous improvement projects, including Lean, waste reduction, and workflow optimisation.
Liaise with our warehouse Supervisor to ensure on-time deliveries.
Ensure documentation accuracy for compliance and audits.
Assist with scheduling and inventory control.
Requirements
Degree in Business Management with Operations or a related field.
Strong analytical and organisational skills.
Confidence using Excel/Sheets for reporting.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing or supply chain.
