Loader – Yard

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Loader to join our engineering and reinforcement team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading of metal products & components in a yard and will be happy working in ALL weather conditions.

Monday-Friday.

6:30-16:30pm

Duties of a Loader

• Load and unload goods using appropriate materials handling equipment.
• Utilise platforms for inventory control and process optimisation.
• Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and safety.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all handling activities.

Skills

• Proven experience in an engineering business.
• Happy to work in ALL weather conditions.
• Happy to commute to Rugby- will need own transport due to sites location.
• A positive can do attitude.
• Flexibility in terms of working hours (overtime).
