Key Responsibilitiesnn * Provide high-quality, child-centred care in a residential settingnn * Safeguard and promote the welfare, safety, and emotional well-being of each childnn * Implement and follow individualised care plans and behaviour support strategiesnn * Build positive, trusting relationships through consistent, empathetic, and clear communicationnn * Support children with daily routines, education, activities, and life skills developmentnn * Assist with transportation to school, appointments, and community activitiesnn * Maintain accurate and timely records, reports, and documentationnn * Work collaboratively with colleagues, managers, families, and external professionalsnnEssential RequirementsnnTo be considered, applicants must meet the following criteria:nn * Right to Work in the UK (we are unable to offer visa sponsorship – Indefinite Leave to Remain required)nn * Full manual UK driving licencenn * Aged 25 or over (to meet insurance requirements)nn * Held a driving licence for at least 2 yearsnn * 6 points or fewer on licencenn * Willingness to work shifts and sleep-insnn * Ability to complete a robust safer recruitment process, including enhanced DBS and references
