Senior Quantity Surveyor – Main Contractorn London, UKn £70,000 – £90,000 + packagennWe are working with a leading Main Contractor delivering high-profile projects across London, and they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.nnThis is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute QS who has strong experience managing projects from pre-construction through to final account.nnKey Responsibilities:nn * Full commercial management of construction projects from inception to completionnn * Cost planning, procurement, and subcontractor managementnn * Preparation and negotiation of interim valuations and final accountsnn * Managing variations, risk, and value engineeringnn * Working closely with project teams to ensure financial performance targets are metnn * Reporting to Commercial Manager / Commercial DirectornnRequirements:nn * Proven experience working for a Main Contractornn * Strong track record managing projects independentlynn * Experience across sectors such as residential, commercial, or mixed-usenn * Excellent knowledge of JCT contractsnn * Strong negotiation and communication skillsnn * Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or related fieldnnWhat’s on Offer:nn * Competitive salary of £70,000 – £90,000nn * Car allowance / travel allowancenn * Bonus schemenn * Pension and additional benefitsnn * Clear progression opportunities within a growing contractornnIf you are an experienced Quantity Surveyor ready to step into a senior role with more ownership and responsibility, we’d like to hear from you
