Mobile Field Care Supervisor — Car Allowance Included

McCarthy & Stone is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to oversee personal care, domestic and lifestyle support across West Sussex, Surrey and South London. The position is mobile and requires travel between developments, working closely with the Registered Care Manager to deliver a bespoke high‑quality service.

We expect a minimum of two years’ care experience and a Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification, with a willingness to progress to Level 3.
