MARKETING & EVENTS ASSISTANT

RVW Pugh Ltd is looking for a marketing assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to experience various aspects of marketing while working for a local agricultural dealer. Working in a small team, you will assist the Marketing & Communications Executive in all aspects of marketing.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in planning, writing and managing email marketing
• Produce reports from the company’s CRM system to ensure customers are appropriately targeted
• Assisting with gathering customer stories and other press worthy stories
• Assist with internal communications
• Updating the website with new stock and removing sold stock
• Compiling used machinery lists each month to highlight what stock is for sale
• Helping with the ideas and information for the newsletter
• Creating information on a monthly basis for the sales team and our customers
• Attend career fairs at local agricultural colleges to discuss careers in agricultural machinery
• Attend shows with the sales team as a host, providing refreshments and meet and greet potential customers
• Assist with Social Media planning and content

Skills & Qualifications

• The ability to use Adobe design software such as InDesign and Photoshop is desirable. In-house training can be given
• Good telephone manner and overall communication skills
• Being able to discuss and communicate with the sales team for show information and campaign ideas
• Driving licence is essential due to location
