Independent Residential Property Manager

PMS Managing Estates is seeking a confident Property Manager to take ownership of a diverse residential portfolio in Colchester. You will operate independently, make sound decisions and build strong relationships with clients, residents and contractors, handling full lifecycle management of developments.

The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to drive compliance, budgets and service delivery while maintaining a high standard of service across multiple sites.
