Night Customer Service Administrator based at our Felixstowe depot, working on a 4-on/4-off shift pattern to help us develop our ambitious plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing customers’ daily volumes.
- Dealing internally with Maritime staff to manage any issues or problems.
- Dealing externally with customers, ensuring a high standard of service is maintained at all times.
Qualifications
- Happy to work a 4-on/4-off shift pattern.
- Understanding of the transport industry preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills and experience of dealing directly with customers.
- Working knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Excel essential.
