Head of Platform, Surgical AI & Real-Time Imaging

Dex is seeking a Head of Platform to own the clinician UI, OEM SDK, edge deployment, and security posture for a surgical intelligence platform. You will lead a growing team and shape interfaces for surgeons and partners, delivering real-time, low-latency capabilities in hospital settings.

Reporting to the VP of Engineering, the role focuses on delivering at-scale deployments, SOC 2 readiness, and close collaboration with hardware partners, with London-area in-person collaboration 3+ days a week.
