Overview

To meet the criteria for this role, you will be required to be available to work within Weekdays and Weekends, working shifts across Overnights. Please only apply if you are able to meet these requirements.

Responsibilities

• As a Crew Member, contribute to delivering a brilliant customer experience by preparing food, serving on the till, and assisting in the dining areas.
• Consistently deliver high standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant.
• Provide friendly, fast and accurate service to customers.
• Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
• Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
• Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect, working as a supportive team member.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour; strong team orientation.
• Effective communication skills, including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact.
• Ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.
• Availability to work on Weekdays and Weekends, with shifts including Overnights.
