Bath College is seeking a Programme Lead – Teacher Training to oversee the design and delivery of teacher training across campuses. You will coordinate programmes like the Bath College Excellent Teacher Training Programme, ensuring alignment with DfE and Ofsted standards.

The role requires a deep understanding of pedagogy, staff development, and delivery of high-quality training to raise learner outcomes. 29.5 hours weekly, permanent part-time contract.
