Recovery Coach – Holistic Support & Community Reintegration

Waythrough in Leeds is hiring a Recovery Coordinator to provide 1:1 support across recovery journeys, from brief interventions to structured treatment. You will tailor care packages to individual needs, promoting holistic wellbeing and safe reintegration into the community.

The role requires experience with caseloads, knowledge of substance misuse, and a relevant Health and Social Care qualification. Permanent, 37 hours a week, based at Forward Leeds.
