Care & Support Worker — Flexible Hours, Training & Growth

Cygnet Group’s Dove Valley Mews site is hiring a Care & Support Worker to provide person-centred, compassionate care for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. The role is full time on 12-hour shifts across a two-week rota, including alternate weekends, with a focus on enabling independence and community engagement.

You’ll support with daily living tasks, report welfare needs, safeguard residents, and work closely with the team to deliver outstanding care.
