Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Bank Pharmacy Technician to join our Pharmacy team at HMP Lindholme, a Category C male adult prison based in Doncaster, with an operational capacity of around 900. Parking is on‑site and you will be working as part of a very supportive team.
Hours & Pay
Hours: 7.30‑5.30 pm weekdays and 8.30‑5.30 pm weekends; shifts will be consistent each week.
Hourly rate: £21.76 per hour.

Main Duties
- Provide outstanding patient‑centred care, seeking, listening, and acting on patient feedback to personalise care.
- Maintain safe and secure medicines management, ensuring patient medical records meet agreed standards and SOPs are followed.
- Deliver non‑judgemental care within the scope of professional standards, including timely administration of medicines and cost‑effective prescribing per the Health in Justice medicines policy.
- Act as a key member of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 or above, BTEC or equivalent.
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Up‑to‑date with continual professional development (CPD).
- Relevant post‑qualification pharmacy experience.
- General GCSE education or equivalent.
- Ability to work unsupervised while following policy and procedures.
Although not essential, experience in a hospital, community or prison environment is desirable.
