Lead Joinery Workshop & Production Manager

Grand Arcade seeks a practical workshop leader to build and operate a high-quality joinery workshop. You will plan, organise and supervise production, ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence while working closely with designers, project managers and clients.

In the early stages you may be hands-on; as workload grows, focus shifts to leadership, planning, quality control and team management to scale the operation.
