Night Care Lead — Dementia & Team Mentor

Nexxuscare in Leyfields is seeking a Night Senior Care Assistant to join their Meadowyrthe Residential Home team. In this role, you will provide hands-on care for residents and support the care team, ensuring a high standard of care.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership and will assist in administering medication safely. Join a supportive team and contribute to the well-being of residents, particularly those living with dementia.

This is a part-time role with a 20-hour contract, covering night shifts from 10pm to 8am including weekends.
