Compliance Coordinator Part Timen Ref: BCR/JP/32210bn£26,000 – £30,000 FTE (Pro Rata)n Birmingham HybridnnTHIS IS A PART TIME ROLE – 20 HRS PER WEEKnnBell Cornwall Recruitment is excited to be recruiting for a respected national law firm, looking for a skilled and motivated Compliance Coordinator to join their expanding team in Birmingham.nnThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience working with SRA Accounts Rules and regulatory requirements.nnBenefits:nnGenerous pension, including the option to salary sacrifice.nFive weeks' annual leave, with the option to buy or sell a week each year.nAn extra day of leave for weddings/civil partnerships, religious holidays, and house moves.Compliance Assistant Responsibilities:nnMonitor compliance with the Solicitors Regulation Authority Accounts Rules and internal procedures.nAssist in identifying and investigating Accounts Rules breaches.nSupport lawyers and admin staff with compliance queries.nMaintain breach registers and compliance records.nPrepare monthly and ad-hoc compliance reports for management.Essential skills:nnExperience in a professional services/legal compliance environment.nStrong skills in MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.nFamiliar with practice management systems (e.g., 3E).nExperience with case management systems such as iManage or MatterSphere.nStrong communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage sensitive issues.If you have a background in compliance within a legal setting, get in touch now!nnINDHPnnInterested?
