Unit Nurse Manager (RGN) – Lead Care & Team Development

Barchester-Healthcare is seeking a Unit Nurse Manager (General) for one of our care homes in the UK. You will plan, manage and monitor the delivery of nursing that meets residents’ needs with person-centred care plans.

As a registered nurse with NMC, you will lead clinical teams, recruit, train and mentor staff, and liaise with regulators and social services to maintain high standards of care.
