Senior Central Booking Specialist – Health & Family Services

Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Central Booking Service assistant to support appointment booking and call handling for Health Visiting and Children & Families services. The role involves telephone and system-based booking and ensuring calls are directed to the right clinicians.

You will join the CBS team, maintain up-to-date knowledge of services, input data into the RIO system, and provide courteous, responsive service to parents and carers.
