Factory Operative – Night Shift

We’re working in partnership with a long‑established business based in Brandon who is expanding their team and looking for a reliable Factory Operative to join them on the night shift.

This is a temporary‑to‑permanent opportunity for the right person.

Role Overview

• Loading and feeding materials onto machinery for processing
• Keeping the work area tidy and free from obstructions
• Following health and safety procedures in a busy, industrial environment
• Reporting any faults or issues to supervisors
• Supporting the wider team to ensure targets are met

What We’re Looking For

• Physically fit – active, hands‑on role
• Aware of health and safety, especially in busy plant environments
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual – full attendance is essential
• Good communication skills to follow site briefings and updates

Hours of work are 10pm – 6am Monday to Friday. All breaks are paid and overtime is paid at 1.5x after 40 hours and is regularly available.
