Head of Patient Safety & Quality Improvement

Health Innovation East is seeking a Head of Patient Safety to oversee delivery of quality improvement programmes across NHS partnerships. You will lead a high performing team of programme managers and clinicians, driving strategic safety initiatives including maternity, systems safety, and medicines safety.

You will work with the 15 Health Innovation Networks, shape annual business planning, contract specification, and ensure flexible delivery across changing priorities.
