Telecoms NMC Team Leader – 24/7 Operations

National Grid operates a Team Leader role within the Telecoms Network Management Centre (NMC) based in Taunton. The successful candidate will lead a group of NMC Engineers and Team Supports and report to the Telecoms Operations Team Manager responsible for the NMC.

The role focuses on running an efficient team, ensuring adherence to H&S policies, coordinating work programmes, driving efficiency and development, and managing performance with 1:1 coaching. A 24/7 shift rota is required.
