Senior Hydrogeologist & Technical Lead — Canada Water

ERM is expanding its hydrogeology practice across Canada and seeks a Principal Technical Consultant, Senior Hydrogeologist based in Calgary or Vancouver. You will lead high-visibility environmental assessments, mentor a growing team, and influence client decisions while expanding ERM’s market presence.

Reporting to the Technical Director, you will integrate hydrology, hydrogeology, geochemistry, and regulatory frameworks to support complex projects and grow technical depth globally.
