EY-Parthenon Assistant Director – Financial Diligence
The Financial Diligence team at EY-Parthenon offers an exciting opportunity for an assistant director to work with a high-performing integrated team on a variety of high-profile IPOs and transactions. You will develop continuous learning experiences and a sense of achievement through management, strategy and delivery of financial due diligence.
Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Director, you will:
- Understand key business drivers and co‑develop approaches with the client.
- Agree on value measurements, and provide insights, conclusions and advice that deliver value to the client.
- Project manage teams and coordinate with members of Financial Diligence and other EY departments.
- Gather, verify and assess information to formulate views and prepare various deliverables, including written reports and presentations.
- Plan and monitor the progress of the team.
- Share technical knowledge with teammates and the department.
- Develop internal and external networks and identify opportunities to sell additional services.
- Play a role in business‑plan initiatives such as key accounts, recruitment and client‑service framework.
- Establish yourself as a key client contact and a true business advisor.
- Take responsibility for your own learning and development, coach others and participate in feedback.
Skills and Attributes
- Gather, verify and analyse information to formulate conclusions.
- Experience in planning, preparing and reviewing deliverables including reports, presentations and client discussions.
- Support culture and assist junior team members in their development.
Required Qualifications
- Business development experience.
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
- Strong commercial experience and/or relevant industry or transaction experience, including financial due diligence.
- A passion for providing high‑quality service to clients.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
