Senior BPO Ops Lead – Forecasting, QA & Vendor Liaison

Checkatrade is hiring a Senior BPO Operations Specialist on a 12-month maternity cover contract. You will be the operational bridge between Checkatrade and key partners, ensuring forecasting, reporting and QA frameworks stay on track during the transition.

You’ll lead monthly forecasting, invoice reconciliation and variance analysis while maintaining QA calibrations and live-call monitoring. This role requires data-driven stakeholder communication and execution of SOWs with Procurement.
