Multi-Site Facilities Manager: Compliance & Safety

Landswood de Coy LLP is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee multiple sites across London and the UK, based at our Central London office with substantial on-site work. You will ensure statutory compliance and manage safety, contractors and building systems.

Key duties include supervising PPM and reactive repairs, maintaining records in Meridian/Elogbooks, and supporting budgeting while ensuring works meet company standards and tenant needs.
