Bank Care Assistant
Location: Harlow Hall – Aldershot, Hampshire (GU11 1TW)
Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant you will provide high quality individualized care and support for each resident, promoting and upholding their privacy, dignity and independence at all times. You will create a happy, caring and safe atmosphere, putting residents’ needs first, and provide a wide range of physical, social, emotional and psychological support tailored to the individual. You will respect differences and recognise that staff and residents have different needs.
Qualifications
No previous experience is required because we provide full training. We look for a flexible, hard‑working and caring attitude, a desire to work as part of a dedicated team, and a right to work in the UK.
