Resident Liaison & Community Engagement Lead

United Living is seeking a proactive Resident Liaison Officer to be a visible point of contact for residents within our social housing projects. You will communicate updates, manage expectations and support communities through regeneration and maintenance works.

In this role you will coordinate handovers, deliver newsletters, arrange meetings and open days, and work closely with clients and site teams to ensure high standards of customer aftercare and safe, compliant works.
