Software Support – 1st/2nd Line – Leicester 25-30K

Responsibilities

Provide 1st/2nd line support for software and applications, including financial/accounting enterprise software, SQL Server databases and related client issues. Log calls and resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs. Work collaboratively with the support team and other departments to maintain software functionality.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a software support or customer support role.
  • Experience with call logging and handling 1st/2nd line software support issues.
  • Experience in a similar environment such as financial/accounting software (preferred).
  • Understanding of databases, preferably SQL Server.
  • Some understanding of programming concepts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
