Job Overview

• Prepare civil engineering designs, drawings and calculations.
• Design pavements, drainage networks and associated infrastructure.
• Produce engineering reports, specifications and technical documentation.
• Undertake engineering assessments, feasibility studies and design analysis.
• Support site inspections and provide technical support during project delivery.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary design and project teams.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling and programme delivery.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards and best practice.

Job Requirements

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering.
• Approximately 5-10 years’ post-graduate experience.
• Experience working on heavy civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Previous experience within one or more of the following sectors would be advantageous: Ports & Harbours, Marine & Coastal Infrastructure, Highways, Bridges & Structures, Rail Infrastructure, Tunnelling, Flood Defence, Water Infrastructure, Earthworks & Ground Improvement, Heavy Reinforced Concrete Structures.
• Experience producing engineering calculations, reports and technical documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
