Join one of London’s premier corporate and prestigious events sites as a Pastry Chef, creating exceptional sweet offerings for a high‑profile clientele. We are looking for a talented, creative, and organized pastry professional to deliver high‑end desserts, pastries, and baked goods across a diverse and exciting range of large-scale functions.
Details
Salary: £40,000 per annum base. With consistent paid overtime, the successful candidate can easily earn over £50,000.
Location: City of London.
Schedule: Monday to Friday.
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Regular overtime available approximately 3 times per week).
Team: Working within a dedicated, talented team of 5 staff members.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, bake, and finish a wide variety of high-quality pastries and desserts tailored for high-profile canapé functions, banqueting, charity events, and bespoke hospitality functions.
- Ensure all pastry items are made with the finest ingredients and presented with consistency, precision, and flair.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to smoothly execute high-volume production for large events and daily dining.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and efficiency on your section.
