Facilities & Premises Officer — Hybrid & First Aid

Local Government Council is seeking two permanent Assistant Support Services Officers for Meadowfield Depot and Green Lane Council Offices, Spennymoor. The role covers premises operation, compliance and liaison with the FM team.

You will act as Premises Responsible Person, manage procedures, provide first aid, and ensure a safe, compliant environment across council sites, with opportunities for hybrid working where applicable.
