Responsibilities
- Provide Business as Usual (BAU) support to key business applications supporting stakeholders of all levels
- Progressing support calls and keeping the end user updated
- Collaborating with other IT colleagues in different departments to resolve issues and find / implement solutions
- Implementing new solutions guided by the Project Team
Requirements
- Adaptable communicator with excellent customer service skills, with the ability to focus on the issue at hand while under pressure
- Experience working in an operational support role with line of business systems and databases
- Experience using varying technologies or applications including the Microsoft suite
- Resourceful and resilient during times of fast-paced change while following established policies and processes
- Previous experience of LiquidLogic and packaging in System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided
