Organisation Design Manager — Hybrid, 9‑Day Fortnight

AWE is recruiting for an Organisation Design Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract, based in Reading with free onsite parking. Hybrid working is available, typically 2–3 days on site per week.

You will engage with stakeholders, support organisational changes, facilitate workshops with Senior Leaders, and analyse organisational structures to drive efficiencies in line with the operating model. AWE offers competitive benefits and development opportunities.
