Senior Project Manager – Central London Hotel Refurbishments

Emerson Partners in Central London is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a complex hotel refurbishment and a diverse portfolio of office, residential and retail projects. You will report to a Director and work with a strong PM team to drive delivery on private sector schemes.

The role requires proven delivery on JCT contracts, Chartered status or a path towards it, and outstanding stakeholder communication. This is a collaborative, growth-oriented consultancy with a solid client base.
