Field Stock Condition Surveyor – 2-Year Fixed Term

Southern Housing is seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor to join our team on a 2-year fixed term contract/secondment, delivering surveys across our housing portfolio with handheld technology and a strong focus on data quality.

Reporting to the Survey Programme Manager, you will carry out stock condition, HHSRS, Decent Homes, EPC and RdSAP assessments, support asset data, and ensure safety and compliance on-site. This field-based role requires daily site visits.
