Lead Safety Engineer – Seat Belts & Airbags (Onsite 4x/wk)

Q1 Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Lead Engineer for Seat Belts and Safety Components based in Gaydon, UK. The role is primarily on-site with four days per week spent onsite, driving development and integration of safety components within an automotive programme.

The candidate will bring expertise in safety systems, vehicle safety requirements, and supplier management, to lead cross-functional teams and ensure delivery of safety attributes and testing outcomes.
