Ecommerce Fulfillment & Customer Care Lead

Ski Bartlett is seeking an Ecommerce Mail Order Manager to lead our growing online order operations from our Uxbridge store. The role involves end-to-end order processing, fraud checks, and coordinating with shop management to ensure timely fulfillment.

You will maintain packaging supplies, handle customer inquiries across channels, and work on optimizing shipping contracts and internal processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
