Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer – 3-Phase & PLC

CBRE Local UK in Exeter is seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer to manage on-site maintenance, perform fault finding on various machinery, and support safety and reliability programs. The role requires strong electrical and mechanical competences, experience with three-phase systems, and the ability to supervise contractors.

The engineer will use CAFM systems to plan and document work, update drawings, and liaise with site services to resolve building services issues.
