Strategic Operations Manager — Charity Branch

RSPCA Warrington, Halton and St Helens is seeking a Strategic Operations Manager to lead the branch and take full day-to-day responsibility, reporting to the board of trustees. The role oversees the kennel/cattery facility, foster network, rehoming programme, staff care team and volunteers, driving income, budget discipline and strategic goals.
