Electrical Contracts Manager – Stratford (Covering Compliance Contracts) | Permanent
Salary: Up to £56,000 + £4,800 Car Allowance. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. Benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing national organisation for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of compliance contracts across the region. What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing electrical compliance, maintenance, repair and installation contracts.
- Leading and supporting teams of supervisors and engineers.
- Building strong relationships with clients, customers, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
- Managing contract performance, compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Identifying risks and implementing effective solutions.
- Maintaining compliance with current electrical regulations and health & safety legislation.
What We’re Looking For
You will have previous experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager or in a similar role, together with excellent organisational and leadership skills.
Essential qualifications include:
- City & Guilds BS7671 (Current Edition)
- City & Guilds 2394 & 2395 or 2391 Testing & Inspection
- City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- CSCS Card (where applicable)
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Clean DBS
You’ll also have experience of:
- Managing electrical service, maintenance and installation programmes.
- Leading engineering and supervisory teams.
- Negotiating with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
- Working effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
- Using Microsoft Office and other IT systems confidently.
