Randstad CPE seeks a Lead Maintenance Engineer for a static, high-end commercial site in Central London. You will be the sole on-site engineer delivering hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance, ensuring services run smoothly and safely.
The role is 4 on 4 off days only, with responsibilities covering PPMs, fault-finding, AHUs/FCUs, lighting, and coordinating sub-contractors for lifts and fire safety. Salary £55,000 plus overtime.
