- Improving Vehicle flow throughout their Network
- Working closely with the development team on the implementation of IS systems
- Driving system improvement
- Focus on Carrier Network adherence and improvement
- Accountability and Ownership of cost based KPIs
- Daily performance reviews
- Forecasting transport requirements and sourcing vehicles
- Carrier availability management
- Maintaining Reference Data
