AI‑Powered Agile Delivery Lead — Hybrid Role

RAC is seeking an Agile Delivery Lead to steer delivery across our web and mobile app teams. You will work with engineers, product and design to keep delivery focused, remove blockers and maximize value with AI-assisted and agentic AI coding approaches.

In this role, you will drive sprint ceremonies, align priorities across teams, coordinate releases and coach teams toward autonomous, outcomes-driven delivery. The position is hybrid in Bradley Stoke, with a competitive salary and an annual bonus.
