Staff Engineer – Embedded Accounting & API Systems Leader

Epos Now seeks a highly skilled Staff/Lead/Senior Engineer at our Norwich Head Office to own the technical strategy for the Embedded Accountancy project. You will lead design, integration, and architecture across the product ecosystem, while mentoring engineers and ensuring high standards in code quality and observability.

You will collaborate with external financial APIs (e.g., Sage) and coordinate with product teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
