York LD Children’s Home — Registered Manager (New Service)

Agincare in York is seeking an Ofsted Registered Manager to lead a new not-for-profit Children’s Services Residential Home for young people with learning disabilities. You will oversee day-to-day operations, guide teams of Support Workers, and ensure high-quality, compliant care.

You’ll establish processes, support staff development, and implement best practices from launch to deliver outstanding outcomes for children and young people.
