Executive Director, NATO Dual-Use Innovation & Acceleration

NATO DIANA is seeking a high-level Managing Director to lead the organisation’s acceleration programmes and strategic initiatives across Europe and North America. The role requires extensive leadership experience, broad stakeholder engagement, and deep knowledge of dual-use innovation within a NATO context.

The MD will oversee financial management, policy development, and programme delivery, while guiding a diverse, multinational team and reporting to the Board of Directors.
