Fire Compliance & Risk Lead (Hybrid)

NIYAA PEOPLE LIMITED is seeking a Fire Compliance Specialist to join a housing association in Basingstoke on a permanent basis. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in fire risk assessments and compliance to ensure safety and regulatory standards are met. You will manage the risk assessment programs, liaising with the Primary Fire Authority and overseeing critical processes.

The position offers a competitive salary of £60,000 – £65,000, 25 days of annual leave, and up to 12% pension contribution with the flexibility of hybrid working.
