OT Security Consultant – ICS Risk & Improvement Leader

Sword Group is seeking an OT Security Consultant to lead security engagements across energy and other critical infrastructure environments. You will assess OT/ICS security, identify risks, and develop pragmatic improvement roadmaps in collaboration with engineering, asset and operations teams.

You will work within Sword’s IACS community, delivering site surveys, governance guidance, and actionable recommendations while mentoring junior consultants and engaging with senior stakeholders.
